Smoke Covers Big Mountains in Summer

In summer 2026, astronauts took photos from space. They saw big smoke near famous mountains. The smoke came from fires on the ground.

One big fire started from lightning in July. Hot and dry weather made the fire grow fast. Many people had to leave their homes.
The smoke moved to other parks and towns. The air became bad for people to breathe. Fires can stay dangerous all August.
